We work with Dura Supreme, Fabuwood, Seville, and Stanisci for cabinetry. For other materials, we source from trusted regional and national suppliers. If you have a preferred brand or product, we can source it for your build.

You receive a detailed written estimate before any construction begins. The estimate breaks down every cost, from foundation to finish. We do not use allowance-based pricing that leads to surprise overages. If something changes during the build, we discuss it with you and get approval before proceeding.


North Dakota’s building code requires footings at a minimum of 60 inches below finished grade because of the deep frost line. Snow load requirements affect roof structure design. Air sealing must meet 3 ACH50 on the blower door test. These requirements increase material and labor costs compared to milder climates, but they produce homes that perform well for decades.
